In February, Gov. Nixon’s office announced that Missouri export sales soared to $14.1 billion in 2014, the second highest year on record. Exports of Missouri products were up 9 percent over the previous year.

The governor’s office also noted the impact of trade missions such as those offered through the Global Market Access Program (G-MAP) on Missouri firm’s ability to export. G-MAP provides aid to allow your business to participate in international trade shows, missions and events and get your product in front of a global audience. Contact the experienced professionals in the BDP’s International Trade Services division for more information or to see if exporting is right for you.
